Ochoa & Shehan, Inc., a partnership between Bill Shehan, Jerry Wagar, Bill Ochoa, and Tim Greenhood one of the largest volume home builders in Redding, signed up as the first Earth Advantage builder in 2005. Ochoa & Shehan, Inc. now has 3 subdivisions in Redding being built to Earth Advantage standards including Clover Creek Estates, River Ridge Park, and Bel Air Estates.
