February 10-12, 2005, REU shared booth space with the Shasta Builders’ Exchange at the Sierra Cascade Loggers Conference to promote REU’s new Earth Advantage green building program. Through the REU Earth Advantage program, REU is promoting environmental awareness in new residential construction. Specifically, Earth Advantage homes will feature healthier indoor air, increased energy efficiency features, environmental responsibility, and resource efficiency gains. Redding Electric Utility and the Shasta Builders’ Exchange have joined forces to co-sponsor this exciting new green building program.
